Property Experts specialise in sourcing and buying residential, commercial and investment developments and land, for clients and for its own portfolio, across London and the Home Counties.
Looking to maximise energy efficiency of its buildings and reduce carbon emissions, Raven Renewables was chosen to manage the installation of solar panels on the roof of a three-storey commercial building in Horley, helping to reduce energy costs and comply with planning requirements, whilst contributing to the company’s net zero plans.
The solar PV system was projected to generate 1,136kWh per year, with up to 219 kgC02e/pa carbon emissions savings. The installation also included a remote monitoring system providing real-time data specifying how much energy was created.
